Processing time. Orders are processed and ship within 2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time (US). Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days after your order ships, once processing is complete.

Free shipping. Orders over $150 ship free automatically at checkout. No code needed.

Order tracking. Once your order ships, use the tracking link in your confirmation email to follow it to your door.

Delays. Occasionally, weather, carrier delays, or high order volume can push delivery past the estimate above. If your order is running significantly late, email us at contact@serenasleepwear.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
